Please be aware that our cancellation policy here at Beautifill is 48hours. If you cancel your appointment after this time it will result in a loss of your booking fee.

If you are having to isolate please let us know as soon as possible. With the correct NHS proof you will not loose your booking fee.

Isolation due to returning from a holiday destination will not be accepted and your booking fee will be lost. Please make sure you book your appointment around any isolation time.

Please remember that we are not able to treat you 2 weeks before or 3 weeks after your covid vaccine, so please make sure you book your appointment with this in mind.

This past year has been tough on lots of businesses and its unfair when we receive last minute cancellations and no-shows. Please think of us and act respectfully when booking and getting a treatment with us. Thank you.
